We may often feel that we wish someone could take away our pain , our challenges because there is a part of us that wants a way out, however the only way out is going within and meeting the discomfort, so you can shine when you come out the other side, and when we feel like escaping, it’s in that moment we must realise our power , strength and commitment to heal, to release and to overcome. We are more powerful than we think and that’s why we miss the value of who we are…
We will only start attracting better friendships and relationships when we have a better relationship with ourselves…
And at times loneliness may come knocking at our door, the beauty of it all is that we are never alone.
Nobody can fix us , only we can do it ourselves…
At times, we may feel stuck needing a way out - and this is when I attended Empower Thyself and used the tools to support me in flowing better.
