Welcome Dear One…
This holiday season can bring about togetherness, joy , love , unity whilst for some it can bring about loneliness, sadness , separation , apathy. Isolation Depression . We - humanity need each other , when we connect with each other we bring both positive vibrations or negative vibrations . Positivity comes from within and how we heal our triggers so we can be our best selves and come from the heart, whilst the latter comes from our triggers , our subconscious , our unhealed parts of our selves which may be projected onto our thoughts , words and actions. The beauty of it all is that WE get to choose our OUTPUT to the world depending on how our INPUTs are processed by us, we can bring peace to ourselves and to our world.
Perhaps our responsibility is to find our peace within…
Take some time to check in with yourself… How am I really feeling?
What can I focus on that will improve my wellbeing… is it gratitude, sharing, giving to myself or others
How can I do things differently now that I am aware of what I need to shift in my life…
Just remember you got this, inner peace is possible, and with that follows your joy…
