I woke up feeling sad and heart broken today, being back home has triggered all the pain in my past especially with relationships, the younger self who tried so hard to find joy and peace within, she fought with all her might to be empowered, to wake up and wanting to hide from the world, Instead using all the tools and having the humility and acceptance for what is being offered in the present moment.
Knowing that I can let go of this heaviness in my heart, and choosing better for myself, with just taking an hour for myself with using my rituals and meditation I am able to shift and show up and being in a integrity of true service; Also taking the time to empty myself so I can be clear in my purpose of why I am here…
Sometimes life can be challenging; and it’s ok to acknowledge where you at; we must remind ourselves not to get stuck in a feeling for too long…
However it’s always about how we respond to it; the voices in my head are loud asking me “ What are you going to do about it ? And that’s exactly where I take action from … it’s a privilege to be my own magician in my life, to use alchemy, and everything I have to change my day , create my reality and align myself with the light , love and my purpose which is my birthright .
